Sara K Confections

Welcome! My name is Sara Bobbins and I am the owner and sole baker for Sara K Confections. I started out baking for fun and for holidays but once I received positive feedback from so many people, I decided to make something more out of my hobby.

I like to consider my baking style to be focused on baked goods and treats that bring a sense of comfort and childlike joy. Soft and chewy cookies, creamy cheesecake and fudgy brownies are the staples, but I hope to make more of a name for myself by specializing in roll cakes.

I am located in Seymour but all of my products are manufactured in Hamden. Pickup and delivery options are available.
